The Nestlé Smarties Book Prize was established in 1985 by Booktrust and is sponsored by Nestlé. The prize is awarded annually to a work of fiction or poetry for children written in English by a UK citizen, or an author resident in the UK. (UK)

Whitbread Book Awards
